The inspection services prior to ownership transfer are performed by our professional and high-experienced team. Upon the request of inspection, we will arrange a visit of room inspection and there will be 2 times in total of the process: 

  1. The inspection team conducts a detailed examination of the room condition in various areas and room systems such as floors, walls, water supply, electrical systems, etc. If there is any defect found during the inspection, the technicians will take notes and notify the person in charge of the project for corrective actions.
  2. The inspection team performs the second inspection after the responsible person of such project finishes the correction.

When the inspection team completes all 2 examinations and approve the good condition of the room, the customers can then proceed the ownership transfer.

 

Remark: In the case that inspection team finishes complete process of 2 inspections for the room but there may still be some flaws, customers can request for additional examinations with 1,000 baht fee each.

 

Service Procedure

  1. Fill up all relevant information and details of the properties which customers need to perform inspection.
  2. Apply for the services and complete the service fee payment
  3. Wait for confirmation from out staff.
  4. Make an appointment for the inspection.

 

Remark: In the case that the customers cannot witness the inspection along with our inspection team, the customers can set up a power of attorney letter which grants our staff the full right to perform inspection.
